Based on DA8600 sequencing platform, we have conducted business cooperation with more than 200 domestic medical institutions, established joint laboratories with 31 domestic reproductive centers in Shandong, Hunan, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Guangzhou, Jiangsu, Xinjiang, etc., and operated 4 independent medical laboratories and one international detection center in Hong Kong with excellent stability. High-throughput Sequencer
The supporting instruments and equipment for clinical genetic detection products in China should meet two requirements. First, the CFDA registration certificate for medical devices has been obtained in clinical application projects or similar clinical application projects; Second, the instrument throughput should be appropriate. Large throughput and the insufficient sample size will lead to the delay of the reporting time and the small throughput cannot meet the clinical need. DA8600 semiconductor gene sequencer is imported from Thermofisher company by Da An Gene Co., Ltd. of Sun Yat-sen University and is the first generation high throughput sequencer developed and produced in China for clinical application. It is also the first semiconductor gene sequencer in China that has obtained the registration certificate for medical devices approved by National Medical Products Administration (Approval No. 20143221961). It can be widely used in clinical detection centers of various medical institutions and provide comprehensive gene testing services.
